It’s influenced by early experiences, relationships, criticism, expectations and moments where it felt safer to stay quiet, small or agreeable.
Even when circumstances change, the mind can continue to operate from outdated beliefs such as:

  • “I’m not good enough”

  • “I’ll get it wrong”

  • “I don’t deserve better”

Trying to ‘push through’ low confidence with logic alone can be exhausting, because these beliefs are often subconscious.

I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist with extensive experience supporting clients with confidence and self‐esteem issues.

Many people I work with have lived with self‐doubt for years, sometimes without realising how much it has limited them.

I don’t use scripts or generic techniques.
Each session is tailored around:

  • Your personal experiences and history

  • The situations where you feel most held back

I draw on hypnotherapy alongside NLP, counselling and coaching‐based tools to support meaningful, lasting change.


Sessions are calm, respectful and never rushed. I charge by the session rather than by the hour so we can work at the pace that’s right for you.
